Local Governing Body Vision

Our vision is to ensure school development through effective and accountable governance, challenge and support.

LGB Aims:

To act as a key link between the academy, parents and local community;
To support the work of the academy in the community;
To support the Headteacher and Academy Leadership Team in the development and implementation of the Academy Development Plan and other relevant plans, ensuring that the CET ethos remains at the heart of the academy community;
To monitor financial position of the school and its budget;
To help on the ground with the implementation of certain academy policies;
To offer challenging but positive and proactive support to the Headteacher;
To regularly reviews the academy’s performance in relation to the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
